Learn. Do. Lead is MN Thespians' annual leadership event typically held in the fall. Troupe Directors and their student leaders from across the state come together to collaborate in ways that will grow their theatre communities.

Event Goals:

By attending MN Thespian's Leadership Event, Troupe Directors and student leaders will...

• Understand the goals and aims of the International Thespian Society, the Educational Theatre Association, and Minnesota Thespians.

• Create SMART goals for their troupes for the academic year.

• Learn about and explore best practices from leaders and each other.

• Network with other leaders to create a community of support and encouragement. 

• Leave feeling refreshed, supported, and excited about the coming year!
