Minnesota Thespians are seeking new, diverse board members with a passion for "changing lives through theatre education. 

The Minnesota Thespian Chapter Board is an all volunteer board working to support member troupes and furthering theatre education.   Board members should have knowledge and skills in areas of Board governance: policy, finance, programs, and/or personnel.  They attend regularly scheduled meetings (in person or via Zoom) with increased hours towards conference and other events.  There is a time commitment of approx. 5-10 hours per month outside of board meetings (depending on their position).  Board members also participate in an annual retreat (August/September) as well as the discussions and deliberations of the board.
